Zavenia may use artificial intelligence, automated systems, or machine learning technologies as part of its Services/Products.

Outputs generated by AI or automated systems may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation. Users are responsible for independently reviewing and evaluating any information, recommendations, or outputs generated through the Services/Products.

Zavenia does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

Your use of the Services/Products is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood our Privacy Policy.

Zavenia does not warrant that the Services will always be secure, available, or free from errors or harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAVENIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZAVENIA’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zavenia and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of any law or rights of a third party

Zavenia reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to any portion of the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

Zavenia may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
